Job Title: Account Marketing Specialist
Description: The Account Marketing Specialist manages the execution of client-specific marketing roadmaps and serves as the primary technical bridge between client objectives and agency production. This role owns the lifecycle of account campaigns, focusing on the delivery of high-performance assets and the optimization of multi-channel strategies.
Responsibility includes monitoring account health, identifying growth opportunities within existing contracts, and managing resource allocation to meet delivery timelines. The specialist controls the implementation of client feedback and oversees the accuracy of all outgoing deliverables. Success is measured by the operational efficiency of the account, the precision of campaign execution, and the measurable impact of marketing activities on client revenue and retention.
Roles / Tasks:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for assigned client accounts.
* Manage daily communication with client stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.
* Coordinate with creative and technical teams to produce campaign assets on schedule.
* Monitor account budgets and track spend across various marketing channels.
* Conduct weekly performance reviews of active campaigns and provide technical updates.
* Audit client digital presence to identify gaps in current marketing funnels.
* Translate client business goals into actionable internal briefs for production teams.
* Maintain updated account documentation and project tracking within the agency CRM.
* Oversee the quality control process for all client-facing reports and presentations.
* Analyze competitor activity within the client’s industry to adjust positioning strategies.
* Implement account-level A/B testing protocols for landing pages and email workflows.
* Forecast resource requirements based on upcoming client campaign cycles.
* Manage the approval workflow for creative assets and technical deployments.
* Identify upselling opportunities based on client performance data and market trends.
* Produce monthly executive summaries detailing account ROI and operational milestones.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in account management or marketing coordination.
* Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems.
* Experience with Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools.
* Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets exceeding $10,000 monthly.
* Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).
* Experience in B2B and B2C marketing frameworks.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data modeling and reporting.
