Job Title: PPC/SEO Specialist

Description: The PPC/SEO Specialist owns the technical execution of paid search campaigns and organic search engine optimization. This role is responsible for driving measurable traffic and conversions through data-driven strategies and precise technical implementation.

The specialist controls keyword research, bidding strategies, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Responsibility extends to the management of significant advertising spend and the continuous improvement of organic rankings. The impact of this role is quantified by cost-per-acquisition (CPA) metrics, return on ad spend (ROAS), and organic growth indicators. Success requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, auction mechanics, and the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time data analysis.

Roles / Tasks: 

* Execute and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.

* Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis for SEO and PPC.

* Implement on-page SEO optimizations including meta tags, headers, and content structures.

* Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors and indexing issues.

* Manage daily bidding, budget allocations, and pacing for paid search accounts.

* Create and test ad copy and landing pages to improve Quality Score and CTR.

* Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards for search performance tracking.

* Monitor organic ranking fluctuations and adjust optimization tactics accordingly.

* Implement schema markup and structured data to improve SERP visibility.

* Coordinate with the content team to align organic search goals with editorial output.

* Manage backlink acquisition strategies and monitor domain authority metrics.

* Execute remarketing and display campaigns within the Google Display Network.

* Analyze conversion paths and attribution models to optimize search spend.

* Perform regular A/B testing on ad extensions and search headlines.

* Report on monthly SEO and PPC performance against established KPIs.

Qualifications:

* 4+ years of experience in managing SEO and PPC campaigns.

* Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.

* Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

* Experience managing monthly PPC spend of at least $20,000.

* Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

* Experience with Google Tag Manager and Conversion Tracking setup.

* Demonstrated track record of improving organic rankings for competitive keywords.
